Evaluation Report and Consultation Document

On 4 June 2008 the Monitoring Committee presented its Evaluation Report of three years monitoring. At the same time, the Monitoring Committee launched a public consultation of proposed amendments to the Dutch corporate governance code (Tabaksblat Code). The consultation period will end 15 September 2008. The Monitoring Committee invites interested parties to respond to secretariaat@monitoringcommissie.nl. In December 2008, the Monitoring Committee intends to adopt the amended Code.
