Evaluation Report and Consultation Document

On 4 June 2008 the Monitoring Committee presented its Evaluation Report of three years monitoring. At the same time, the Monitoring Committee launched a public consultation of proposed amendments to the Dutch corporate governance code (Tabaksblat Code).

On the basis of the reactions on the consultation, the Monitoring Committee published the Revised Corporate Governance Code on 10 December 2008.
